The Gwinnett County Fairgrounds and Agricenter has
partnered with the Georgia Department of Agriculture to offer the Georgia Grown Building and Marketplace at the 2023 Gwinnett County Fair, running from September 14th to the 24th.

  • The Georgia Grown Marketplace will be operated as a consignment store for Agricultural products that are manufactured in Georgia. Participants will be responsible for their delivery of product and setup prior to the Fair. Available setup days are September 12th and 13th from 7 am to 7 pm. Tables will be provided for your product line, this is not limited to any displays you may set in our Marketplace. Your setup must include a POS banner or company sign to be displayed with your products. Handwritten signs are not permitted. Business Cards for your company are encouraged.

  • All products to be sold must have a scannable POS code. Your Codes must be included with this application. We will scan your codes for accuracy into our computer system for traceability. If you are having any issues creating POS codes, we can assist you through email prior to the event or can visit https://www.cognex.com/ for FAQs. Any businesses with unscannable codes at drop off will not be able to participate in the Marketplace.

  • The Gwinnett County Fair will staff the Marketplace, secure your product line, stock and refill throughout the event. All loss prevention measures will be in place. In the event of any damage and/or shrinkage that may occur, such will be documented as well as the release of liability to the staff of the Marketplace and Gwinnett County Fair. To cover the cost of our Marketplace, our staff will retain a 20% commission based upon gross sales of all products. We will take the responsibility of handling and submitting all sales tax.

  • Sampling and presentation time slots are available on a first come first served basis and will be scheduled according to your requests. If interested, please indicate so on this application.
The Gwinnett County Fair ends Sunday, September 24th at 9 pm. Checkout of your
product line and display begins September 25th at 7 am until 7 pm and again on September 26th from 7 am until 5 pm. All products left behind after 5 pm on September 26th will be relinquished to the Gwinnett County Fair and its staff. It is highly encouraged to complete your estimated arrival and pick up times included in this application.

  • Upon pick up, we will inventory your products and document them on your drop-off
sheet. You will then receive a paper copy of your sales from our POS Clover system and an additional copy sent to your email on file. Payment for your sales will be administered immediately through Clover Pay by Melio, which can be then accepted into a banking account of your discretion.
