This form is to help United Way of Marquette County track who is applying for the Governor Youth Awards. All high school students and members of the class of 2023 can log their hours in Yoopers United to qualify for the awards. Incoming 9th graders can input their volunteer hours as they do them throughout their years in high school on the Yoopers United site. They can either choose a volunteer need from the site to volunteer with, or they can log "individual hours" to include their volunteer opportunities that are not on Yoopers United already. Logging hours in Yoopers United is how you will qualify for the Governor Youth Awards.

10th through 12th graders and the class of 2023 can retroactively log their volunteers hours from high school on the Yoopers United site. For each year that you input hours, you can choose one date from that school year to enter all of your hours. For example, you could choose March 15th, 2021 to input all of your hours from the 2020-2021 school year. Each year needs to have a separate entry on Yoopers United. This can be done by adding "individual hours" on the Yoopers United site. Logging your hours on the Yoopers United site is how you will qualify for these awards.
