1. A completed warranty claim form is required before any service can be scheduled. Appointments are booked within 1–3 business days after the completed form is received.
2. Stacked laundry units must be unstacked by the customer before service. The Appliance Shop is not responsible for unstacking or any damage that occurs during the process.
3. Travel Fees
Locations outside city limits may require a travel fee. Please contact the store to confirm coverage.
4. Non-Warranty Issues
An $80 service fee applies if the issue is caused by:
- user error or misuse,improper installation
- electrical or plumbing problems,
- pest infestations,
- environmental damage (flooding, humidity, fire, etc.),
- cosmetic damage,
- normal wear and tear,
- unauthorized repairs or tampering,
- or if the appliance is operating properly.
Non-payment voids the warranty
5. Warranty Limitations
- Washer hoses, accessories, and consumable parts are not covered.
- Warranty covers repair only, not replacement or refund.
- Warranty is void if the appliance continues to be used after a problem is noticed.
- The Appliance Shop is not liable for food loss, clothing damage, flooring damage, water damage, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
