1. Warranty form must be correctly filled out in order for us to schedule a service call

2. The warranty call will be scheduled within 1-3 days upon receiving the completed form

3. If the problem is due to user error, faulty electrical wiring or plumbing, improper installation, or if the appliance proves to be working as intended, the customer will be subject to a service charge of $65.00. Failure to pay the service charge will render the remainder of the warranty null and void.

4. Supplied washer full hoses are not covered under warranty
