Ministry Minute Agreement
This Ministry Minute Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the Ministry Representative and Gospel Radio Today, collectively referred to as the "Parties," for the purpose of establishing terms and conditions regarding the Ministry Minute segment on the Radio Station.
1. Term of Agreement:
This Agreement shall commence on the designated agreed date and shall continue on a monthly basis unless terminated by either Party with a prior written notice of 30 days.
2. Ministry Minute Segment:
a. The Radio Station agrees to provide the Ministry Representative with a dedicated 60-second segment, known as the "Ministry Minute," during the scheduled program time on Gospel Radio.
b. The Ministry Representative shall be responsible for providing the content of the Ministry Minute, which must align with the principles of the Gospel and be approved by the Radio Station prior to airing.
3. Broadcast Schedule:
a. The Radio Station shall determine the specific day and time of the Ministry Minute segment, subject to availability.
b. The Ministry Representative shall be notified of the broadcast schedule in advance.
4. Financial Considerations:
a. The Ministry Representative agrees to pay the Radio Station a monthly fee of $20 for the Ministry Minute segment.
b. Payment shall be made in advance for each month, with the initial payment due upon signing this Agreement.
c. Payment method and details will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
5. Content Approval and Guidelines:
a. The Ministry Representative shall submit Ministry Minute content to the Radio Station for approval at least [number of days] prior to the scheduled air date.
b. The Ministry Minute content must adhere to biblical teachings, promote positivity, and respect the Radio Station's guidelines and standards.
c. The Radio Station reserves the right to reject any content that is deemed inappropriate or does not align with its mission and values.
6. Termination:
a. Either Party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 30 days.
b. In the event of termination, any prepaid fees shall be non-refundable.
7. Confidentiality:
The Parties agree to treat any non-public information shared during the course of this Agreement as confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Virginia]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Virginia].
By signing the next page, the Ministry Representative and the Radio Station acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Ministry Minute Agreement.
