Who will be attending class with you? Who ever will be your support person(s) during labor and birth is encouraged to attend class. You and up to two other people are welcome to participate in class.*

During class we sit on the floor. We also do some physical movements. We know sitting on the floor can be hard if you are not used to it. But is this not possible for you or your support person(s).

Most partners are a little apprehensive coming into a childbirth class. How is your partner feeling about the course? (Don't worry if you don't have a partner attending. We have plenty of pregnant women going solo and this course is great for you too)

One of the activities we have in childbirth class explores due dates. For this, we need some personal details over the next few questions.What was the first day of your last period?
What was the last day of your last period (the date of your last day of bleeding, for example 5 days after the start of your last period)
