A James Samaritan is one who sees the needs of our children and families and responds. Together, we will mobilize and equip our community to meet the critical needs of foster children and youth in transition. We will create a culture in which our most invisible and vulnerable are supported and empowered.

We encourage the participation of volunteers who support our
mission and are willing to work as part of team. The information provided through this form will be kept confidential and will help us determine the

Volunteer Orientation

Orientation is required before serving in our programs. Content covered includes our rules, policies and procedures, and programs. We also hope to get to know you better, educate you about the foster care system, and help you understand how you can get involved at James Samaritan.
Let us know you'll be there! Chose the date that is best for you from the list below. Address: 409 N. Jefferson Ave. Covington, LA 70433. We will be serving a light meal and snacks. Dress is casual.
