1. Executive Touch Cleaning Service will provide cleaning services on the scheduled dates and times agreed upon by both parties.
2. I will provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning times.
3. Payment for services rendered will be made according to the agreed-upon terms.
4. I understand that Executive Touch will take precautions to ensure the safety of my property during cleaning services, but I will not hold them liable for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or improper maintenance of the property.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances may arise that require me to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. I agree to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. If I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, I will provide notice to Executive Touch Cleaning Service as soon as possible.
3. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of my deposit or incur additional charges.
