Please Agree or Disagree to our Hold Harmless Policy.

Client hereby states I/We acknowledge, understand and agree that in the event my pet does not respond well to The Dog Paw’ler and can not remain still during the nail trimming session, accidents can happen such as nicks from toenail trimmers, slips, falls, etc. An excited or scared pet can be dangerous to work on. We reserve the right to end any session at any time if The Dog Paw’ler feels it is unsafe for themselves or the dog to continue, even if the session is not completed. There will be no refunds issued in this instance. For the pet to properly respond to the appointment, it is essential that the clients not assist in the nail session unless requested to do so.

We will use extra care and patience for younger and older pets; however, we will not be held responsible for any reaction due to the mental or physical stress of the session on these pets. If in our sole discretion it is determined to cause too much stress to the pet, we will modify or terminate the session. Please be sure to notify us of any health/behavior conditions that might make your pet uncomfortable during the session before booking.

Clients acknowledges, understands and agrees that any nail session which takes place on an elderly or frail pet is conducted at your own risk.If it is necessary for the safety of your pet and the The Dog Paw’ler, muzzles, elastic collars, slings, straps etc. will be humanely used. You must inform us if your pet does bite or has ever bitten any person or other animal no matter the severity. Client assumes all liabilities, financial and otherwise, for the behavior and health of their pet. The Dog Paw’ler will be held harmless from any and all damages, loss or claims arising from any known or unknown pre-existing condition of the pet.
