Custom Jewelry Order Form

Custom Orders are a way for you as the customer to find a piece of jewelry that we may not carry in store, but can easily order through companies we buy from.

Custom orders wait times vary from 1 month to 12 months dependant on the company we are ordering from. Once a custom order form has been completed by the client, we can either accept, or deny the order. An order will only be denied if we know its not a piece we can get from these companies, but would be willing to help to find alternatives. If we deny an order please e-mail us with what piece you are looking for, for more help.

We do require a depoisit for custom orders, to make sure that you as the client, are serious about wanting a piece ordered.

Custom Order Deposit

All orders will require a deposit. When your order is fulfilled we will call, and email you. Wait times vary from 2 months to 1 year dependent on the company we order from. Your order will be held for 8 weeks after arrival, if it is not picked up by the 8 weeks you will lose your deposit and jewelry. Thank you for your understanding.
