This contract defines the terms and conditions under which IPARTY RENTALS/CLEOPATRA VAUGHN, and (hereafter referred to as the Customer) agree to the Customer's use of the IParty Rentals facilities On (reception/event date This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and becomes binding upon the signature of both parties. The contract may not be amended or changed unless executed in writing and signed by IParty Rentals/Cleopatra Vaughn and the Customer.

Rental Deposit and Payment Agreement

 

The total cost for use of the IParty Rentals and its facilities described in this contract is listed below. To reserve services on the date/s requested, IParty Rentals requires this contract be signed by the Customer and an initial payment of $100 be deposited for IParty Rentals Facility at time of reservations. The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days prior to the event date. Deposits are non-refundable and will NOT be applied to rental charges upon final settlement of accounts. Deposits and payments will be made by cash or personal check (made payable to IPARTY RENTALS/CLEOPATRA VAUGHN) on the schedule noted below and a receipt from will be provided. RESERVATIONS are taken on a first- come, first-served basis. We will book your date upon receipt of your Deposit.

The venue described above has been reserved for you for the date and time stipulated. Please note that the hours assigned to your event include all set-up and all clean-up. including the set-up and clean-up of all subcontractors that you may utilize. It is understood you will adhere to and follow the terms of this of Agreement. and you will be responsible for any damage to the premises and site, including the behavior your guests, invitees, agents or sub-contractors resulting from your use of venue

The Renter shall have access to and use of the venue from o'clock on to, for the purpose of hosting the Renter's event. The owner shall provide to Renter all keys. access control codes, and other items necessary to give Renter such access no later than

The full rental fee for the use of the venue is described above. The balance of the rental fee due, less the non-refundable deposit described above, shall be payable to the Owner upon the 48-hours prior to the rental period described above. Renter is responsible for providing any sanitation (including mask, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray) that will be used during the event. Renter shall remove all personal property. trash. and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it. All trash must be bagged and sat at the back door. Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter's guests while Renter is in control of the venue and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter's use of the venue. Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner's local jurisdiction.

Date Changes and Cancellation Policy Changes: In the unlikely event the Customer is required to change the date of the event every effort will be made by IParty Rentals/Cleopatra Vaughn to transfer reservations to support the new date. The Customer agrees that in the event of a date change. any expenses including but not limited to deposits and

fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that IParty Rentals/Cleopatra Vaughn is not responsible for these compromises in quality. Cancellation: In the event a customer cancels the event. the customer shall notify IParty Rentals/Cleopatra Vaughn immediately in writing or by email. Once cancelled. the Customer shall be responsible for agreed liquidated damages.

Renter's activities during the Rental Period must be compatible with use of the building/grounds and activities in areas adjacent to the Rental Space and building. This includes but is not limited to playing loud music or making any noise at a level that is not reasonable under the circumstances. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the buildings. The Rental Space must be cleaned and returned to the condition at the end of an event to a reasonable appearance as it was prior to the rental. The customer is responsible for the removal of all decorations and trash from the property.

A rental contract must be signed, all pages initialed, as well as appropriate deposits submitted in order to confirm utilization of a IParty Rentals/Cleopatra Vaughn Venue. The Rules and Conditions for Usage are incorporated herein and are made a part hereof.
