Once your form is approved, I will send you my available appointment dates. Once we find a date that works, I will send you my venmo (via your preferred method of contact) where you can send me a $25 deposit (that will go towards the overall cost of your tattoo) and I will put you in my calendar.

If you reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, you can keep your deposit but I'll only allow this once (emergencies happen). If you reschedule within 12 hrs, reschedule more than once, or no call no show, your deposit will be forfeited - as I am busy and time is valuable! Pls consider this before booking.
