Our goal is to make our registration process easy and simple for our customers.

You will receive an email confirmation and invoice upon receipt of your form. You will receive your parent portal login to make your 1st payment by the designated due date.

If you registered during a promotional period we will be sure to apply the discount to your tuition.

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL once we receive your form. Please be sure that you are able to fulfuill your tuition agreement prior to submitting you registration. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer two payment plans: Full Season or Monthly Installments (Installments are not considered monthly tuition)

 

MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS

Installments are NOT considered monthly tuition. Your full tuition is broken down into a payment plan based on the time of registration. Your 1st installment is due at registration with corresponding payments are due on the 1st of the month based on your payment plan.

The number of installments is based on when a family registers and the remaining installment schedule for the season. The final installment payment for all families is June 1, 2024

(Exception: 1st semester style classes are placed on a 3 payment plan).

 

FULL PAYMENTS

Families receive 5% off tuition if they wish to pay their remaining tuition balance by 1st class.

Please note: If you pay your dancer's tuition for the full year and then withdraw from classes for any reason (loss of interest, school obligations, injury, illness, etc.), a 30% penalty will be applied to your refund for the remainder of the year. We suggest you only pay the year in full if you are 100% confident your dancer will participate fully in the entire season.

If for any reason we provide a tuition discount during one or more months of the season, this discount will not apply to prepayments. No further discounts are available.

Crossroads Waiver of Liability

I, the parent/ guardian of the above-named dancer or myself, hereby consent to the intent to register for classes at Crossroads Irish Dance, LLC. I understand that all fees are non-refundable and that upon registration all fees are due in accordance with the studio's tuition policy. I agree to abide by all policies and guidelines for Crossroads Irish Dance, LLC. I am aware Irish dance, like any sport, is considered an activity that involves exercises and activities that may carry with them the possible risk of physical injury. I declare that the above-named dancer (s) to be in good health and give permission for him/her to participate in any and all activities with Crossroads Irish Dance.

I agree that if my child/children/self engages in any physical exercise, class, or activity, or facility on the premises or any venue where we participate as representatives of Crossroads Irish Dance, LLC, we do so at our own risk. I agree that we are voluntarily participating in activities and use of said facilities, premises (including the parking lot), and designated Crossroads Irish Dance, LLC venues. We assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss to us or our property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property. I agree that this consent and assumption of risk statement covers each and every event or activity sponsored by Crossroads Irish Dance, LLC.

I hereby covenant not to sue and waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, which may arise now or in the future against Crossroads Irish Dance LLC and its officers, owners, directors, faculty, the owner of the facility in which Crossroads Irish Dance LLC exists and/or other assigned representatives or volunteers from any and all liability and for any and all damages and/or injuries which may be sustained or suffered by the dancer(s) listed above while participating at or for Crossroads Irish Dance LLC.

2022-2023 TUITION AGREEMENT

YOUR COMMITMENT

Upon joining Crossroads, you are committing to the entire duration of your class length. Our staff invests in you/your dancer by building relationships, developing their skills, and creating an inclusive and personalized environment for all. Stopping class before the end of your session causes a disruption to the classroom.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

Each student will be assessed a membership fee of $40 and $35 for each additional family member (applies to semester length and full season classes). A membership fee is not assessed for any classes included in the summer session. Memberships fee are non-refundable and does not include costume, Spring Showcase, performance or supply fees.

NOTE: This fee holds a spot for you/your dancer in their class for the season and covers admin costs from our awesome team to get dancers set up so they are ready to go their 1st class. We ARE NOT a membership style program (like a gym) and do have withdrawal/cancellation practices which will be noted below on this form.

TUITION PAYMENTS

Tuition is based on the entire season and billed on one of of 2 payment plans: pay-in-full or installments.. Our season runs on a 35-week session starting September 5, 2023, and ending June 3 2024. Seasonal tuition is prorated based on the remaining season contract length for families who join after the season begins. Costume fees, spring showcase fees, or supply fees are not included as part of tuition.

By signing up yourself/your student, you are agreeing to pay the full tuition balance. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. Families do not pay for week when the studio is closed for holidays.

DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS

• Discounts or promotions are offered during special, designated promotional weeks during the season.
• There are no refunds for any fees paid during a priority registration or promotional period.
• Friday Open Studio Class Pass is not included.
• For families with multiple dancers, each student's hours are figured separately as we do NOT add the total number of hours together. The individual who is taking the most hours is full price. The one who is taking the least amount of hours receives a discount.
• For families with a dancer taking a single class the discount would be based on just that class.
• For families with a dancer taking multiple classes, the discount is based on the class that is the shortest in length

TUITION PAYMENTS

• Upon registration, your membership fee and the total amount of 1 installment will be due.
• Payment plans are invoiced the 15th of month and auto drafted on the 1st of the month.
• All families sign up for Auto Pay through their parent portal to have a payment method on file and to keep enrollment active.
• On the 1st of the month OR on the due date of the invoice we will run auto pay to the payment method on file.
• Families have up until the due date to make a payment with their preferred payment method.
• Payment methods may be either credit card or bank draft. Payment information may be updated through your parent portal or by contacting our office.

LATE PAYMENT

• Any accounts past due will incur a $25 late fee.
  Accounts that are more than 30 days outstanding will incur a 10% penalty fee.
• After 40 days- service will be suspended until the balance is paid
• If you need to change any payment information, you can do that through your parent portal or in the office before the 1st of the month.
• Any payments returned or notification of NSF (by a financial institution or guardian) as paid for any reason, or credit card/bank account decline will be assessed a return fee of $40.00 if not corrected/paid by the 10th of the month.

TRANSITION TO VIRTUAL CLASSES PER GOV'T REGULATIONS

If Crossroads must transition to temporary virtual classes due to Government restrictions preventing us from meeting in-person, tuition fees still apply to full-price and will to be refunded if you choose not to attend virtual classes.

CANCELLATIONS/WITHDRAW

(Please be sure to review carefully)

Staff at Crossroads invest in your student (s) by building relationships, developing their skills, and creating an inclusive and personalized environment.  Choosing to withdraw your student causes a disruption to the classroom environment.

Due to the administration time required to refill our child's seat and to cover unpaid costs incurred, a cancellation fee is in effect. Withdrawals must be submitted in writing.

Crossroads reserves the right to cancel or combine any class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, options will be provided for rescheduling, and/or a credit will go on the account, which is active 6 months from the date posted to use for future enrollments.

2023- 2024 Season Cancellation/Withdrawal (PLEASE READ)

Families on Installment Payments:

• Families are required to commit to their 1st & 2nd Installment upon registration. This allows the student optimal time to become acclimated into the class, connect with their teachers and complete our onboarding program.

• A notice to withdraw, for any reason, must be received by our office at info@crossroadirish.com BEFORE the due date of the 3rd installment in order for the tuition agreement to cease.

• If the withdrawal notification is received on or after the due date of their 3rd installment, families will be required to fulfillment their remaining tuition agreement/installments plus $50 cancellation fee.

• Families that provide notification of withdrawal before the due date of their 3rd installment will be responsible for:

Families That Pay in Full:

• Receive a refund for the remaining weeks of the season minus the 30% penalty fee + $50 withdrawal fee per class.
• Any outstanding balance will be auto drafted to the payment method on file.
• Declined payments will need to be resolved within 10 business days to avoid late fees.

REFUNDS NOT PROVIDED for class passes or short semester (6-8 weeks) OR sample sessions.

Upon written notice of withdrawal, we will automatically draft any balances or fees associated with the withdrawal

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOS

By enrolling in classes and programs at Crossroads Irish Dance, you agree that you/your dancer (s) may be photographed or video taped during studio activities, including but not limited to, performances, classes, rehearsals, and such images are property of the studio.

These photographs or videos may appear in advertisements, website, social media or inside the property for any purposes the studio desires.

Once you select "submit" your registration will be considered finalized and your tuition agreement will be activated as our team will begin onboarding and processing your family into our system.

• Membership fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable.
• Tuition agreements will be active and fulfilled upon submission of this form.
