With my digital signature below, I am confirming that everything written above is true to the best of my knowledge; I understand any false statements could cause me to lose any and all winnings, including my title (if any is won at the time of the pageant.) All fees are non-refundable. The Bright Futures Pageant reserves the right to choose and accept all contestants based on their applications. We do not discriminate on race, age, or beliefs. The Bright Futures Pageant will have all rights to any pictures and/or videos for reproduction. The Bright Futures Pageant assumes no liability for injuries due to participation in this or any other pageant held by The Bright Futures Pageant/L.Piddy Collection. I will submit my $30.00 application fee before or on September 2nd, 2022. I will submit my essay, video or presentation, and photo by September 24th, 2022. If the contestant is under 18, the guardian must sign. If the contestant is 18 or older, they are able to sign without a guardian. I understand that my information listed above will NEVER be sold to any outside party or company.
