By Submitting this form I, the volunteer release the Jax Taco Fest, The Mexican Chamber of Commerce of Northeast Florida, and JJ Promotions Group, LLC., of any and all liability in the event of theft or damage of my private property, monetary loss or investment, physical harm or accidents of any kind, that may occur because of or during my participation in the Jax Taco Fest.
I also commit to adhearing to the times and dates detailed on this registration and will contact the event organizers with ample time if I am unable to attend.
