1. It is noted that all items sent to Christmas Farm Consignment Tack Shop (CFCTS) for the purpose of consignment remain the property of their owner while advertised for sale by CFCTS. The Consignor agrees to leave the items with CFCTS for a minimum of 90 days. During this time it is expected that the Consignor not advertise the consigned item(s) through other selling platforms or through social media. 2. CFCTS will display your consigned item(s) in store and may also list them on our website and social media platforms. This being said, some items take longer than others to sell, and we do not guarantee the sale of your item within a specific time frame. Some items may take just a few days to sell, while others may take months. CFCTS agrees to obtain the price set by the Consignor for each item sold, and will accept nothing less than the purchase price for the consigned items unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and noted in the contract. 3. The Consignor, upon agreement to this contract, also agrees to allow their saddle to go on a five (5) calendar day trial with serious prospective buyers at the discretion of CFCTS.

All saddles are paid in full before going out on trial. CFCTS inspects saddles should they be returned for obvious damage before refunding the buyer. Non-saddle consignments are sold as is and non- refundable to the buyer. Potential buyers of apparel item(s) may try on items in store only. The Consignor agrees that CFCTS is not responsible for any damages to the consignment items and that a reasonable amount of wear may occur to the item(s) from display and handling from either employees, customers, or potential buyers. 4. Should your item(s) sell CFCTS will retain 30% of the sale of consigned items. You will receive a check for the net (before tax) selling amount of your item(s) minus the 30% consignment fee. Consignment checks are tallied and sent at the end of each month. Applicable sales tax is paid by the buyer. 5. If you choose to ship your item(s) to CFCTS any loss or damage of an item during transit to our location, is the sole responsibility of the Consignor. It is hereby agreed upon that CFCTS is released of any liability for the damage or loss of consignment item(s) prior to its arrival, and may not be held responsible in any way. We strongly suggest insuring the shipment of your item(s) and obtaining a tracking number through your courier of choice. 6. The Consignor has the right to remove their item from consignment from CFCTS at any time. A listing fee of $50 for items $500 and up or 10% of the consigning price for items under $500 will be assessed for any item on consignment with CFCTS for less than 90 days. All return shipment costs are the full responsibility of the Consignor, and will be charged prior to the return shipment of the item, to ensure valid payment. We are unable to absorb return shipment costs at our expense, a condition that stands without exception. 7. Should the item(s) remain unsold at the end of the consignment period the Consignor may choose to pick up their item(s No consignment fee will apply to unsold items after expiration of the contract and any costs incurred by the delivery of items to the Consignor are to be borne by the Consignor. The Consignor also has the option to renew this agreement for another 90 day term at a lower selling price. 8.Once the 90 day term has expired on original consignment contract the Consignor has thirty (30) days to either remove their items, arrange return shipment, or renew this Agreement. Failure to do so within that thirty (30) day period will result in said items becoming property of CFCTS. It is the Consignor's responsibility to be aware of their contract expiration date. 10. By signing this Agreement the Consignor acknowledges their acceptance of the above terms. The Consignor is also acknowledging that they are the owner of the consigned item(s) and as such has the right to consign the items for sale through CFCTS.

Tack Consignment Program Guidelines We accept gently used quality saddles, leather tack items, and brand name apparel/accessories for our consignment program. To be considered for our consignment program items must be clean, safe, have no major defects or broken parts, and be complete and usable. We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our criteria or does not appear to be of good quality. You must also complete our Consignment Form & Contract. Types of items accepted: Leather Saddles; Synthetic Branded Saddles; Leather Bridles; Leather Breast Collars; Matching Leather Tack Sets; Leather Show Halters, Leather Training Equipment. Items like sport boots, bits, girths or saddle pads are only accepted if name brand and in next to new condition. Any of these items showing wear are not accepted. Synthetic or Nylon tack is not accepted unless part of a saddle package that shows little wear. Western saddles may include billets or tie straps but are not necessary. Western Saddles must include stirrups. English saddles may include leathers and irons, but are not required. The only apparel items we accept are top quality, gently used show items of current style. Quality name brand collectibles or accessory/jewelry items must be in

excellent condition. Items NOT accepted: Off brand, unmarked or unlabeled items; Helmets, grooming items and perishables. Cleaning Service: The cleaner your saddle is, the faster we can sell it, and a good cleaning will often increase the value of your saddle! We offer cleaning service on leather saddles that includes:A full deep cleaning ConditioningMetal polishingDye where necessary Saddle Cleaning starts at $50. Extensive silver and tooling is an additional charge. If we find repairs are necessary we will call you for approval. Repair costs are materials plus labor. If your saddle is very dirty or the leather is stiff and dry, CFCTS reserves the right to refuse your saddle for consignment unless cleaned. Pricing: We leave the pricing decision to the Consignor. Some people prefer to take less, and have a saddle sell quickly, while others prefer a possible longer wait, to try to get as much as possible. We recommend you price according to market value for brand but realize some may be more difficult to find information on than others. If you would like advice call and ask for Aubrey or Philipa and we would be happy to help! Safety checks: Please note that CFCTS checks every item before accepting them into our consignment program. Saddles and tack are checked for broken/twisted trees, thinning or cracked billets, loose stitching, broken or missing hardware and other possible defects that would make the item unsafe. In the event that your item has a problem that can be fixed to make it usable again, we will call you to find out if you would like to have it repaired. If the item is unsafe and cannot be repaired, it will be returned to you (at your expense if shipped You are welcome to call or email to receive a repair quote prior to sending your item in for consignment.
