4 Week Interactive Workshop for those who've already completed the 4 week Macro or Mindset course $49
The Continuing Education Course will start Monday, April 8th

Weekly group 30 minute zooms will be on Mondays at 5pm PST/6pm MTN/7pm CST/8pm EST on March 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th

This Continuing Education Workshop will be for those who've already gone through the Macros Made Easy and/or the Winning Mindset Course. In the Macros & Mindset course, participants learn through weekly activities. In the Continuing Education Course, participants learn through application, accountability, and health & wellness resources. There will be an interactive closed group on Facebook where you will be able to post your daily/weekly macro numbers and have a community of like-minded people who are applying what you've learned and putting it into practice. You will be able to see how others have set up their macros based on their scan and learn what others are doing to achieve their daily goals.
