In order to ensure the enjoyment of all, including neighbors, quiet time will be observed from midnight until 7:00 a.m. Excessive loud or boisterous behavior will not be tolerated at any time. Should any infraction occur, one warning will be given with immediate compliance expected, otherwise the team member’s parent will be called and asked to escort them home. Team members will not be allowed to leave the pool premises at any time unless accompanied by a parent. Movies and videos are not allowed. All swimmers 13 and under must have a designated adult responsible for them. 

I, the parent/guardian, have been informed about the NPSC Swim Team Sleepover hereby attest that I give permission to my child to attend the NPSC swim team sleepover and authorize the volunteers to seek medical attention for my child in the event of an emergency. I understand that the pool volunteers will make every effort to contact me or my designated emergency contact. I have discussed the above guidelines with my child and understand that I may be asked to accompany my child home at any time should any infraction occur, or if my child desires to leave the overnight for any reason.
