Salon Rustic Wedding Contract

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and thank you for your interest in our  services. Please carefully review this contract. I require the contract to be completed and submitted to reserve your date. The complete balance for your wedding party is due 21 days prior to your wedding. Regular Makeup and Airbrush Makeup include- Full face appliction, Lashes, and touch up kit.

The lash price listed is if we apply our lashes to someone not recive a full makeup services.

CANCELATION POLICY 
CANCELATIONS MADE AFTER CONTRACT IS SIGNED WILL LOSE THE BOOKING FEE/DEPOSIT OF $100, UP TO 12 WEEKS PRIOR TO DATE. AT OR AFTER THE 12 WEEK DATE FROM RESERVED DATE YOU ARE RESPONIBLE FOR FULL AMOUNT (100%) OF SERVICES AGREED TO IN THIS CONTRACT.

BUSINESS POLICIES 
 
Before your Session: 
Hair:  
Please come with clean dry hair. Washed the night before or morning of and dried fully. An additional $20^ fee will be applied if we blow dry. 
Please wear a shirt that zips or buttons in the front. So that you don’t have to lift shirt overhead. Inspiration pictures are welcome and encouraged, please keep in mind that your look will not be identical but as close as we can. 
Makeup:  
Please come with clean makeup free face. Face should be washed and moisturized.  
Lip-gloss and lipsticks don’t last all night, so please feel free to bring your own or I have touch ups as well.
 
Travel fees: There is no travel fee for the first 15 miles from Salon Rustic LLC. Each additional mile is $.75, round trip.  Parking fees must be paid by client. 
Hotel required for bookings over 2.5 hours from Glencoe.
Minimum of $500 worth of services (trials not included) are required for on location booking.
 
Payment options: Cash, Credit cards, Venmo, Checks. Payments may be paid in full 21 days prior to wedding date. 
Personal checks that are returned by the bank, for any reason will be charge $30 service charge. 
Retainers processed on credit card that come back declined will be charged $5 per day until paid. 
 
Usage: Salon Rustic LLC reserves the right to use any photographs taken (professionally or behind scene) for display, publications, or other purposes. 
   

I AGREE TO HAVE MY APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED AS NEEDED AND THE PRICES AND POLICIES LISTED IN THIS CONTRACT.
I UNDERSTAND AND WILL COMPLY WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY.

I UNDERSTAND THAT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR MEMBERS OF THE WEDDING WHO MISS THEIR APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING, I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEMBERS OF MY PARTY WHO FAIL TO PROVIDE PAYMENT. I AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.

Retainer policy: For all wedding contracts, a non-refundable booking/deposit of $100 down is required to hold your spot. This guarantees your date and time to be booked for you. The spot is open until payment is made. Without contract and payment. Salon Rustic LLC has the right to offer the date and time to someone else. .
 
CANCELATION POLICY
