This event, taking place on August 5th, 2023, at Frontier Park, is a celebration of Muslim culture and community through Performing Arts, Food, and Cultural Exhibits. Experience the vibrant and diverse arts and cultures of Muslims from around the world and North America, including food, traditional attire, arts, culture, and more.

    With an expected turnout of over 3,000 attendees from diverse backgrounds, this free event offers a unique opportunity to explore and learn about Muslim cultures while enjoying a variety of cuisines.

    Support the Halal Fest and its mission by making a tax-deductible donation to the IL Muslim Chamber of Commerce (ILMCC), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to encouraging entrepreneurship and supporting small businesses from the Muslim community, enabling them to thrive and contribute to the local economy. Note: Sponsors will receive a letter of tax exemption.

    Disclaimer:

    By submitting this sponsorship application, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

    1. The Sponsor releases and holds harmless the event organizers, their agents, representatives, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with the event, including but not limited to any accidents, acts of nature, or negligence.

    2. The Sponsor acknowledges that the event may be subject to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of the organizers, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations. In such cases, the event organizers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Sponsor.

    3. The Sponsor grants permission for the Illinois Muslim Chamber of Commerce (event organizers) to use their name, logo, and any provided promotional materials for event-related purposes.


    4. The event organizers reserve the right to terminate or modify the event in whole or in part, at their sole discretion, without any liability to the Sponsor. In such cases, the event organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify the Sponsor in advance.
