CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with Heather, you are acknowledging
the policies listed below
CANCELLATIONS:
Out of courtesy to your stylist, I kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. In the event proper notice is not given, client will be given the option to reschedule for a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Be sure to contact (815) 587-5721 directly.
NO SHOWS:
"No shows" or appointments that are missed without any notice, will be asked to pay for their missed appointment in full prior to rebooking.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Services for clients arriving late will either be adapted to fit the remaining time or given the option to reschedule for a fee of 50% of the scheduled service
CHILDREN:
Little ones in the salon can interfere with our time together, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals. Arranging childcare prior to your appointment will help you relax during your appointment and help ensure the best results possible
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, Heather may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. As a courtesy to the artist and other clients, please notify Heather if you are at all running late (even 5 minutes makes a difference).
Thank you for understanding this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artist as well as other clients waiting for appointments.
All deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy.
DEPOSITS MADE FOR ANY APPOINTMENT MADE WITH HEATHER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
