The Fund for Carbon County is our unrestricted fund, overseen by the Carbon County Community Foundation Board of Directors & Founders, to award grants on a competitive basis to support a variety of causes and charities in our community.
Guidelines:
- 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply. If your organization is not a registered 501(c)(3), please contact us before submitting an application to see if you are eligible.
- The requested funds should support organizations based in Carbon County, or programming or projects that serve Carbon County and its residents.
- The project, program, or activities for which funding is sought should be completed within the 12-month period following the grant award. As part of the grant agreement, the organization should expect to provide a brief follow-up report at the end of the grant period.
- Applicants are strongly encouraged to list other resources, including in-kind support, in their budgets. CCCF may fund a project 100%, however, we encourage collaboration and like to see other resources committed.
- It is highly recommended that you watch the Grants Virtual Info Session video (available on the CCCF website) before submitting your application.
