This disclaimer aims to protect both parties (Northern Savings and your business) involved by clarifying the terms and conditions of the discount offer. Please review the following disclaimer and, if you agree with its content, submit your application below.
I, the owner of the aforementioned business, hereby acknowledge that I am offering a discount as described above to Northern Savings Credit Union members who present their MemberCard (debit card) at my establishment.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. The discount is only applicable to Northern Savings members who present a valid Northern Savings MemberCard issued by Northern Savings.

2. The discount offer is described above and will not alter unless agreed to by both parties.

3. The discount offer may be subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of either party, provided written notice of a minimum of 30-days.

4. If the discounted offer is no longer available, I, the business, will notify Northern Savings immediately.

5. I agree to having my business name, contact information, and/or logo appear on Northern Savings website, social media channels, and in its branches.

6. I agree to promote/display promotional items of the "Show Your Blue/Northern Perks" program provided by Northern Savings in my establishment.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. I agree to comply with these terms and conditions when offering discounts to Northern Savings members at my establishment.
