• Program Options

  • All new Jane recruits first complete a 2-week Basic Training OnRamp. 4 personal training sessions (1 on 1 or in a small group) to teach fundamental movements and introduce key lifestyle skills used in the G.I Jane program. These valuable sessions prepare you for success and graduate you into the G.I. Jane Platoon!

    G.I. Jane has 3 participation options. 2, 3 or 4 days of lifting per week. For beginners, coach Jena suggests starting with the base 2 day program. For recruits with more workout experience, starting with 3 or 4 days per week is encouraged. 

    In addition to semi-private lifting sessions in our clean spacious facility, Janes receive professional mentoring (nutrition, accountability, individual concerns), entry into our private Facebook group and invites to all G.I. Jane social events!
