Our cakes come in vanilla or chocolate
Please indicate if you would like vanilla or chocolate cake. White buttercream icing is standard, however, if you prefer chocolate icing, please include that information here. White (on vanilla cakes) or chocolate (on chocolate cakes) ganache is also used on our cakes. Please also include the size of cake you would like.
Add-ons. Note that there are many add ons that could be on a cake. These are the most common ones. If you are not sure, please feel free to leave these blank. (This section does not apply to cake sculptures).

We do not replicate other artists but work hard to ensure your custom cake or cake sculpture will coordinate well with your theme. This is a guide to show us your preferences. We will discuss the specifics of your cake when we make final plans.

Reminders
After completing this form we will call, sms or email you within 2 business days to confirm/accept or decline your order. If your order is accepted we will call to discuss more specific details at that time.

Payment is required before orders are considered "booked". Once paid in full, your order is placed on our calendar. Your custom order non refundable.

Shipping is available to MO. residents only. You'll get a confirmation email or SMS when it is available for pick-up.
