I understand date changes are subject to availability. BoothIY may transfer your date, however it is under no obligation to do so. When you reserve a date based service, the hire company prepare themselves for this date, and may turn away other customers for this date. For this reason short notice date changes (less than 3 months) will not be possible, and date changes between 6-12 months from the event date will only be changed with a fee. You can change your date once without charge if it is more than 12 months and 1 day away. Where your new date is not available your request will be considered a cancellation and processed in line with our cancellation terms.
