The process:

You’ll submit the form request with your ideas, whether you have specifics in mind or would like to grant me creative freedom! I will reach back out to you to get more info if needed and with a price quote or range. After I get a deposit or full payment (your choice), I get to creating! When your final piece is completed, I will send you pictures and video and request the final payment. (Payment plans are welcome via Shop Pay & Klarna)Then, your piece is shipped out and on it’s way to its homebody, YOU! Custom orders are completed in the paid order they are received in.

Custom work Policy

Pricing: All custom projects require a minimum non-refundable 50% deposit down prior to any work done. This deposit is applied to the final price for your project.
The final balance will be requested once the piece(s) is complete and have shown you pictures and video of your piece(s). Please, be payment ready. You will have up to 14 calendar days after the piece is completed & I've contacted you for final payment to pay your remaining total. Failure to respond/pay may result in forfeiture of your custom piece. I'm pretty understanding and can arrange installed payments if needed, but don’t become unresponsive! Novaiden Designs reserves the right to resell the custom piece if needed.
I ask that you keep me updated if any changes occur on your end, especially regarding payment if you’ve opted for the deposit option.

You are not locked in on my customs list by submitting this form. You'r project is only added to my customs list once payment (deposit or full) is received.

Timeline: I always try my best to finish custom projects within a reasonable, efficient timeline. If you need your project by a certain date, please let me know. I keep and work from a chronological request list and I don’t accept too many custom requests at one time, which helps ensure a faster turnaround. I can guestimate, but I cannot guarantee an exact timeline will be met.

Artistic Integrity: By choosing Novaiden Designs for your project, you are agreeing to trust me to use my artistic integrity to bring your project into fruition. You have come to Novaiden Designs for my individual artistic eye. I encourage you to look at my past work on Instagram: @novaiden_designs and upload screenshots of pieces you like. (This to helps me gauge your style & design preferences.)
Novaiden Designs reserves the right to refuse any custom if I feel it does not fall within my scope for any reason. Please understand that it’s just me, and as a person who runs a couple of small businesses, I sometimes need a break from custom work to help keep my creative mojo flowing. If this is the case, I will email you before any deposit is made.
Novaiden Designs custom work falls under the normal shop policy mentioned in the FAQs as well as the above-mentioned policies, more specific to custom work.
