The time frame depends on how many people are included. There may be a travel fee included of your location is 15 miles away from our location.

Now and Zen Bodyworks will have a reservation made prior to the event date. We will provide a sign-up sheet completed for employees receiving a chair massage at signed time frame. Massage therapist setup in designated quiet areas to provide chair massages. Each participant will enjoy a service type massage area(s) that they want focused on at the time. Start on time and leave on time. Anyone who requests a massage after the departure time Now and Zen Bodyworks must be compensated. Limited availability on major holidays. This proposal is non- refundable. Rescheduling may be possible for a fee. Pay half deposit before the event date. This is all weather proposal and will take place rain or shine. Proposal price is for six hours. Now and Zen Bodyworks (NAZB) agrees with the reason to provide the services and the equipment necessary to perform, that which is outlined above. Customers are therefore responsible for providing any service that may be vital to the day of the event but not responsible for NAZB. Service begins within details specified “Event Date” at time and terminate at the specified “Event End Time”. Reservations require a 50% non-refundable Deposit. The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival at the time of the `Event Date”. I also understand that there is a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations within 5 days before your scheduled event. The client further acknowledges that s/he has read and fully understand the within service agreement and agrees to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and provisions thereof, the client acknowledges that s/he has a true and correct copy of this agreement at the time of execution.
