2024 MEMBERSHIP DUES FORM

This form may be used for all payment types (mailed or online). Online payments are subject to transaction fees.

Dues are Payable July 15, 2023 - October 15, 2023 for the Fiscal Year January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.

The Chapter will begin collecting 2024 dues after the National Convention on July 25 and will impose the late fee after October 1 to ensure sufficient processing time to submit funds to National Headquarters before the October 15 deadline.

Reinstatement fees will be imposed after December 17, 2023.

Please contact the Finance Committee for additional instructions if you are currently a Member At Large.
