WELCOME
Fill in the form to apply for the first edition of ceramic brussels, the first international contemporary art fair dedicated to ceramic.

The fair is open to professional art galleries. Applications will be submitted to the advisory board of the fair. The selection of galleries will be made public in September 2023.

Your application will be taken into account only once you have paid and filled the form. Please note that we apply a 150€ fee for registration costs.

PREFERRED STAND SIZE*

Please specify a preferred stand size. The stands this year range from 15 to 37 sqm. The fair management team will do its best to accommodate your preference, but is unable to guarantee preferred size of placement. If you want to apply for 2 booths, please specify it in comment.

*all prices are excluding VAT (21%). A 21% VAT applies and will be added to the above amounts for all Belgian galleries (even those without a registered VAT number) as well as for European galleries without a registered VAT number. European galleries, excluding Belgian galleries, with a valid VAT number will be subject to an intra-community exchange (and therefore not subject to VAT). Galleries outside the European Union will not be subject to VAT.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
Please don't forget the administrative fee must be paid at the time of application.

We will only consider your application once the file is complet and the 150€ administrative fee has been paid (non-refundable).
