🔴 Before Jet Ski World Ltd can launch ski’s, We MUST have a copy of insurance on file. Without proof of insurance you may be refused launch. A copy of your insurance will be secured on our system for 1 year under the data protection GDPR. Act.
🔴 Marker buoys are placed in the sea to allow riders to know where the rocks are, and please pay attention to the sign post for additional information.
🔴 STRICT 8 knott speed limit up to 300m from the shore, this also applies to all UK beaches.
🔴You are required by law not to approach within 50m of off-shore structures and vessels, including paddle boards, kayaks and dinghies. Please be cautious of children and swimmers in shore.
🔴 To avoid collision please be aware of all riders and keep a safe distance, please check blind spots and behind you before turning.
🔴It’s a requirement that all riders and passengers MUST wear a life jacket at all times when in the sea.
🔴 DO NOT cross into the bathing area and always be aware of swimmers and children.
🔴 All riders will be given a one warning protocol. If you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions, or are being unlawful, causing risks or harm to others, anyone under the influence or failing to comply with the law may be prosecuted and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
🔴 No consumption of alcohol or illegal substances while riding jet skis.
🔴 You accept that Jet Ski World will not be liable or held responsible for any damages caused to jet skis or trailers during launching and recovering.
🔴 People who choose to ride on the ski during launch and recovering do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
🔴 Parking is at your own risk in Jet Ski World premises and we are not liable to any damage or theft of contents to the vehicle. Please note any vehicles left behind after closing will be locked in and may be clamped.
🔴 All jet ski’s using inflatables or other attachable equipment do so at their own discretion. Jet ski world hold no responsibility for injury caused by using inflatables or attachments.
🔴 Purposely splashing / spraying other users cause risk to other riders. This will incur an instant warning and may result in instant recovery and possible ban to access of Jet Ski World.
🔴 Please note that Jet Ski recovery will be by 6pm. Please be ready in shore or find a member of the team if you require sooner recovery.
🔴 Be respectful to the staff members of jet ski world. We understand that customers can become frustrated especially with wait times. Please understand that our staff work to the very best following all safety precautions. Please respect the laws and rules relating to watercraft users.
