  • The 4th Annual BFSI Excellence Awards 2023 is the most prestigious awards programme dedicated to technological projects and innovations. It aims to recognize exceptional companies that are riding the digital disruption wave and leading the technological revolution and digital transformation journeys in their respective industries. The Awards provide a platform to recognize the people and companies that are driving change.

    Alongside the awards we will also be publishing a press release note which will include:

    • Excellence Award winners & respective categories
    • Event highlights & photos
    • Partner Mentions

    GUIDELINES

    • Nomination is open to organizations or companies from all industries with an office in India
    • The award will be given to the most innovative projects that applied technology and brought positive impact to the company's business.
    • Entries will be deliberated by a judging committee based on write-ups and supporting documents.
    • Company Participation at the event is mandatory. There will be an official sign off taken at the event, making the acceptance formal. In case there is a no-show of the company at the event, the award won't be delclared on stage and the award category will be nullified.
    • Each company may submit a maximum of three (3) entries only.
    • The Jury and the organizers have the right to decide on the final categories to be awarded, renaming the titles and moving nominations to the most appropriate categories – wherever required.
    • Please Note : All the nominating domain leaders will be eligible for free delegate passes in case they get shortlisted. The team shall contact them accordingly. However, leaders who wish to attend the event and do not hold expertise in the respective domain shall be eligible to get the passes at a fixed cost.
    • In case if the company is shortlisted, only the relevant teams can avail the passes

     

    ELIGIBILITY

    The awards programme is open to:

    • Banking, FinServ, Fin-Tech, NBFC, and Insurance companies that successfully pioneered ground-breaking digital initiatives
    • Any organization or company from across different industries with the most innovative technology initiatives that made an impact on their businesses.

     

    JUDGING CRITERIA

    • Uniqueness & Innovation - Did the project introduce new or cutting-edge innovation?
    • Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project achieve its objectives and targets and what measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact on your company and industry? If the project is a solution provided for a client, what is the overall feedback of your client?
    • Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, or product flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?

    The awards will be given on a sector-level basis as part of the umbrella BFSI Excellence Awards Program. There will be one winner per category and its corresponding industry for each sector.

      • Achievements basis the selected category
      • Innovative Contributions on Individual level that brought a change in the industry

      Organizational Category -

      • Company brief basis the category selected 
      • Types of services offered
      • Idea behind the submitted material of nomination
      • All the details of implemented projects and its outcome basis the category
      • Challenges overcomed and any outstanding impact brought by the project

      Team Category -

      • Number of team members who have contributed in the submitted project, along with their respective roles and designations 
      • Vision and motto behind the submitted project
      • Implemented project's details and its outcome basis the selected category
      • Challenges overcomed by the team during the project implementation
