There is no cost to audition for the Spoleto Festival USA Orchestra. However, applications will be screened and audition invitations sent only to select applicants. Submission of this application does not guarantee an audition.

All orchestra members, regardless of country of citizenship, will be required to submit documentation proving eligibility to work in the US. If you have a student visa, you must be able to apply for and receive approval for CPT (Curricular Practical Training) or OPT (Optional Practical Training) for employment with the Spoleto Orchestra. Please see the USCIS' website here (http://1.usa.gov/Hgqy7w) or speak to your school's office for foreign students for more information. If you have another form of visa, you will need to be able to provide a copy of your Employment Authorization Document. All proof of eligibility to work must be received in advance of employment with the Spoleto Orchestra.
