If at any time during any session, you feel unusual discomfort or strain, gently remove yourself from the posture or stop what you are doing.
You may rest at any time during the class/session.
It is important in Yoga & when training that you listen to your body and respect its limits.
I, the undersigned, understand that Yoga is not a substitute for Medical Attention, Examination, Diagnosis or Treatment. I should consult ‘My Doctor’ Prior to beginning any program, including Yoga for my overall wellbeing. I recognise that it is my responsibility to notify my ‘teacher/trainer’ of any serious illness or injury before the Session. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
I accept that neither the ‘teacher/trainer’, nor the ‘Hosting Facility’ is Liable for any Injury, or Damages, to person or property, resulting from participating in these sessions, this also includes on-line classes and sessions.
