Self Care for Mental Health - Workshop Request
This is a single-session 70 to 90-minute workshop offered for youth in grades 6 to 12*. Workshops are offered in person and are available in Vancouver, Burnaby and North Shore at no cost to schools or youth organizations.

We now welcome reservations for February 2025. We're fully booked until then.

Note, this workshop is volunteer-run and requires host organizations or schools to provide the following tech: (Please, take some time in advance to set up and test the technology).

1. Regular classroom or multi-purpose room (no computer lab, please)

2. Computer with a USB port, connected to the power, projector and speakers (to present Powerpoint Slides/ videos)

3. Teacher or School Counsellor to oversee each workshop in full.

4. School Counsellor contact for their awareness. We'll CC them in the confirmation email.
