About the Position
We’re hiring part-time or full-time appointment setters to connect with WARM leads—folks who have already shown interest in our Accelerated Banking strategy. Your job? Call these prospects (provided daily) and book appointments for them with our qualification specialists who will see if the prospects are a fit for our program. No cold calling here! Both remote and in-office positions are available.

Compensation
- Pay: $25/hour + $175–$250 commission per sale (when an appointment converts).
- Hours: Minimum 30 hours/week required; up to 40+ hours possible based on lead flow.
- Average Earnings: Current setters average 32 hours/week, earning $1,056/week ($54,912/year*).

Note: Setters are 1099 independent contractors & in compliance with federal law, all persons contracted will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required contractor eligibility verification form upon acceptance of contract.

*Yearly earning projections are annualized based on October 2024 - March 2025 actual pay.

- Booking Rate: One quality appointment per hour of calling.
- Conversion: One sale for every 10 appointments booked (on average).
- Call Volume: Forty outbound dials per hour.
