Rules for Carlisle Lake Park Use:
1. All clean up is the responsibility of the applicant.
2. Garbage must be removed by applicant.
3. Carlisle lake is an alcohol/drug-free property.
4. Damage to Carlisle lake property during applicant event will be assessed and charged back to applicant if needed.
5. All Washington state laws must be obeyed and enforced by applicant and parties
  involved.
Hold Harmless Agreement:

Applicant has been advised and understands the Policies of the Onalaska Alliance and is bound by the terms and conditions outlined in them. Applicant will sell only what is listed on this application. Applicant is responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell.

By signing below, the applicant agrees to comply with all festival rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival and the Onalaska Alliance for Sustainable Community.

Applicant understands that submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. The Festival Committee reserves the right to approve or deny applications and determine vendor placement at its sole discretion.

Applicant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Onalaska Alliance for Sustainable Community, the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival, and their officers, members, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the festival.
