Application for Outdoor Facility Use

Receipt of the application is not a guarantee of facility use. Application will not be finalized until approved and executed by the Parks & Recreation Department superintendent or designee.
Please do not use this form to apply for a park permit if any of the following apply to your event:
- Admission will be charged, and/or
- Goods or services will be sold or vended (including merchandise, food, or beverages), and/or
- Donations will be solicited or accepted (including advance or off-site donations), and/or
- Alcohol will be served or sold
