2026 Grant Application
To honor the legacy of its namesake, the Penny Allison Early Childhood Fund is dedicated to advancing the cause of Early Childhood Education.

Guidelines:
- Qualified applicants include early childhood teachers and coordinators of school programs such as Kindergarten, Pre-K Counts, Head Start, as well as other nonprofit organizations serving children and families in Carbon County, PA.
- Programs should prepare parents to nurture and support their children through the earliest stages of learning, promote school readiness, and provide enrichment experiences for young learners (field trips, creative materials, etc.).
- Suggested grade levels are Pre-K through 3rd grade.
- At this time, grants range from $250 - $1,000

We recommend applying for grants in the range of $250-$1,000. You may request up to the full cost of the project, however, the amount actually awarded will depend on your application as well as the other applications submitted and the total amount available to award.
