Orders
Orders to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.
Please indicate desired delivery date. It should not be the same day as event.
Design drafts and invoices will be sent for review.
50% deposit due to process your order. Remaining balance must be paid prior to meetup.
Rush orders (orders needed within the same week) will only be accepted upon supply availability and subject to a rush fee. **Rush orders must be paid in full to prices order**
Designs
Ensure thoroughness when providing design details. Kindly include any and all inspiration photos, invitations, example designs, special quotes, etc.
Design drafts will be sent for review.
A limit of 3 revisions will be allowed for FREE.
A revision fee will be added for anything after.

Payments
Paypal, Credit/Debit, Zelle, and Apple Pay
**Cash not accepted unless order is below $25**

Meetups
Meetups are at Agana Shopping Center (Taco Bell side)
Deliveries
Deliveries will include a $5 fee
Please notify 24 hours before delivery the following
Name, Location, Time, and Recipient Name
Returns/Cancellations/Refunds
Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns. Cancellations are very limited.
If your plans change and you need to change the theme or items in your order, you may do so if I have not started on your order yet.
**If you've decided to cancel after making a payment, I will refund you 50% of the amount I received**
Please keep in mind that I do have other priorities outside of CWV. I will ensure my absolute best in meeting your deadline and providing the best custom crafts for you and your loved ones.
