• M B Excursions Quote Request

  • Welcome to M B Excursions

Thank you for considering us for your upcoming trip. Before you begin, here's what to expect.

    Research Fee: $75–$250

We charge a non-refundable research fee for all quote requests, based on the complexity of your trip. See the full fee schedule.

    Your fee includes:

    • One comprehensive quote for your destination
    • Two revisions to perfect your itinerary
    • Professional consultation and recommendations
    • A detailed itinerary with complete travel arrangements

Additional revisions are $25 each. This fee is separate from any travel deposits.

    Turnaround

    • Individual travel: 2–3 business days
    • Group travel: 7–10 business days

    Timing matters

Travel prices and availability change constantly. The quote we build reflects rates at the time we research it, and those rates are usually good for only a few days. If you're not ready to book or submit a deposit within about a week, the numbers we send won't be the numbers you'd pay — and you'd be paying us to research the same trip twice.

Still deciding? Call us at 501-396-9477. We'll talk through destinations and rough budgets at no charge, and you can submit a request when you're ready to move.

    A few details

We quote worldwide travel and cruises, and can plan up to two years ahead for trips that don't include airfare. All prices are subject to change until officially booked.

  • Let's talk first

Prices and availability change constantly, so a quote built today won't hold a month from now — and we don't want you paying for research twice.

Give us a call at 501-396-9477. We'll talk through destinations, rough budgets, and what's realistic for your dates, at no charge. When your plans are firm, come back and submit your request and we'll pull current rates.
