Arts Lab Booking Form
The Arts Lab is UMSU's open-access art studio for creative activity located on level 1, Arts and Cultural Building, Monash Road, Building 159. The Arts Lab is an ideal space for individuals and groups to get together to embark on a creative project, whether it be painting banners, theatre set design, rehearsal, craft or drawing. Fill in the form below and an UMSU staff member will be in touch to confirm if your nominated date and time is available.

The Arts Lab can be booked for the purpose of arts related activities only by current students and staff of the University of Melbourne. The Arts Lab Terms and Conditions must be agreed to before booking sessions in the Lab.

The Arts Lab may be booked for a maximum of 4 hours between 10am-5pm on weekdays up to a maximum of 12 hours per week. An extension to the 4hr daily maximum can be granted on the day of your booking if no other group is booked to use the Arts Lab.
