    Terms and Conditions

    1. This form is for LOCAL mail order
    2. Payment will be done through QRIS immediately at the end of this form. Completed orders cannot be cancelled and payments cannot be refunded.
    3. There will be an additional packing fee of IDR 2000 and shipping fee cost. 
    4. Orders will be shipped from Jakarta using TIKI INDONESIA regular service. 
    5. Separate invoice will be sent via email along with shipping fee calculation. Payment for shipping fee shall be done through QRIS within 24 hours.
