FAQ’s

Hello! We’re thrilled that you’re considering submitting your wedding to Iconic Bride Magazine! We’re always on the lookout for amazing weddings to feature.
Submission Details:

• We accept submissions all year round, so feel free to send yours in whenever you’re ready.

• Our dedicated team carefully reviews each submission. If we’re interested in featuring your wedding, we’ll definitely reach out to you.

• If you haven’t heard back from us within two months, don’t worry. It simply means that we’ve respectfully decided not to feature your submission at this time. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we may not be able to provide updates on the status of specific submissions.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

We’ll need 50-250 (but NOT more than 250) photos including:

– detailed beauty & fashion shots

– bridal & couple portraits

– ceremony

– reception

Engagement, Anniversary, Proposals? We’ll need 20-60 images of the best shots!

We like:

-modern photography styles
-editorial style
-bold color

All photos, both portrait, and landscape, must be:

-the best image size in pixels would be 2400 x 3375 pixels.

-the image resolution should be at least 300 pixels per inch (PPI). This would result in a file size of approximately 27-30 MB

Important Note:

• Once your Real Wedding is published, we kindly ask for 30 days of exclusivity. This means we’ll be the only ones featuring your special day during that time.

• We’re happy to consider weddings that have been previously showcased elsewhere, but we’ll only feature them once in our magazine.

For High Profile Weddings:

• If you’re submitting a particularly high-profile wedding, please reach out to our Associate Editorial Director directly.
