Presenter Terms and Conditions

You grant the USSSA an unlimited, permanent, nonexclusive license, under which the USSSA may film, tape, transcribe, otherwise record or quote from the presentation or materials, may create derivative works, may publish them in any format, including audio recordings, distance education courses, the internet or any other digital, wired or unwired, network including any successor technologies, or any other media, and may use them in any other way it may find appropriate. The USSSA will not be required to pay royalties, make any other payment, or provide other consideration of any type except as described in this agreement.

Please ensure that no copyrighted materials are used in your presentations, including videos and photos. If you are using photos, videos, and or other content that is not directly owned or controlled by you, you will need to submit in proof of permission to use the content.

Speaker Benefits
If selected to speak, a discount code will be provided for half off registration as a thank you. We do not cover hotel and/or travel expenses.

Handouts
Handouts are optional. If you choose to use them, handouts must be submitted electronically by the deadline provided. All handouts will be posted on the US Swim Schools website after the conference date.

Visual Aids
We ask speakers to provide a PowerPoint or some type of visual aid for the attendees. PowerPoints will be requested prior to the conference in order to help the audio/visual team prepare for your session. All PowerPoints will be posted on the US Swim Schools website after the conference date unless otherwise agreed upon with speaker.
