Glittergasm Events Vetting Form

Glittergasm Events is run by two people who both have multiple other responsibilities and jobs. In order to balance these responsibilities, we go through all the vetting form applications for membership in batches depending on when we have upcoming events, and do not review vetting forms on a rolling basis.

The amount of time it takes to hear back depends on our upcoming events. We go through all applications prior to announcing our next private event, which means if we're on a hiatus and have not been hosting events, it may take some time to get a response.

If there's an upcoming event you'd like to attend, we stop reviewing incoming vetting forms ONE WEEK before our next event. If you fill out the vetting form less than one week before an event, you likely will not receive any information until the following event.

 
Please be thoughtful with your replies. We use these responses to ensure that the people attending our events have a thorough understanding of consent, so please respond with answers that communicate that understanding. All parties of a couple must apply for vetting individualls. Applications that are incomplete (missing information, include fake information, or have superficial consent answers) WILL BE DENIED.

We are very focused on the safety and protection of our community. We have been trusted with so much love and support, and we take that trust seriously. This section of questions is used to vet our attendees in order to ensure the safety of our all of our members.

Please answer all questions thoroughly. If you do not, we may need to follow up on further clarification of your answers and this will delay the vetting process.

In order to verify that you're a living, breathing, human being, private accounts will receive a friend request from @GlittergasmEvnt on Twitter and @Glittergasmevents on Instagram. To expedite your vetting, please accept the request. If you would prefer a friend request from a personal account rather than our business accounts, please email hello@glittergasmevents.com.

 

Just a note: we are dedicated to keeping this community safe. If you do not have social media, or if your social media does not include a photo of your face, we will ask for an alternate verification method over email/text.

 

We ask that you don't use your Fetlife account for this vetting form as we prefer to consent to what photos and information we're taking in. Please use another form of social media that includes a photo of your face, or alert us that you will need an alternate verification method.

 

We are no longer accepting Twitter accounts for verification.

Our events are by members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and at this time, exclusively for the LGBTQIA+ community. If you're questioning or still figuring it out, please select "yes" (you're welcome at Glittergasm Events!) WHO ARE GLITTERGASM EVENTS FOR:

Glittergasm events are parties which allow folks to interact in a very chill way where physical touch and exploration is allowed in a safe, non-judgemental space at the comfort and speed of the folks involved. These events often have a focus and a design and are created as an intentional space. We ask that individuals coming to our events respect that intention.

Glittergasm Events are "choose your own adventure" events. There are multiple levels of interaction for individuals to engage at their own comfort and pace with individuals who might be at similar levels of comfort and interaction. Additionally, Glittergasm Events might have a "maximum" level, or specific rules regarding clothing based on the venue.

- G: Event may include affectionate but not sexual activities, genitals must be covered. Nipples are allowed in G-rated spaces, however this is dependent on the venue and local laws (if we're at a public venue, dress in "street legal" attire).
- PG-13: Event may include kissing, some touching, genitals must be covered. Nipples/toplessness is okay. 
- R: Sex can and may be present
- Kink: Sex and Kink may be present

EVENT INFORMATION AND CONSENT RULES:

- ****Due to allergies and scent sensitivities, we ask that you do not wear perfume or cologne and limit the amount of other scented body products (hairspray, mousse, etc) otherwise you may be asked to return after a shower. ***
- Alcohol and drugs are not allowed at this event, and anyone who arrives intoxicated will be asked to leave.
- If you bring food, please ensure ALL INGREDIENTS are written for those allergic, (seriously though, Rebecca is allergic to corn/corn syrup so… all ingredients).
- You will be asked to sign a liability form before entry. No exceptions. Depending on the location, there may be an additional venue form. If you do not sign the form, you will be asked to leave.

- This is a no tolerance event. If you are making someone uncomfortable you will be given two warnings. After that you will be asked to leave. Consent violations will be an immediate removal from the event.

ONLINE COMMUNITY RULES:

- Please join our Discord server to connect with other members. Discord members are also able to access pre-sale tickets and vote on community changes.
- Respect the No - Ask before messaging or friending anyone. Anyone engaging in this behavior will be banned from the group and all Glittergasm Events.
- If you need help, email hello@glittergasmevents.com or tag an admin.
- What happens here, stays here - Any screenshots or sharing outside of the server will be an immediate ban from the group and all Glittergasm Events.

ONE MORE NOTE:

All vetted members are added to the mailing list, and you will only be sent important community updates and event tickets and information. We take privacy very seriously and will not share your information with anyone. Once we approve your vetting, you will receive an email with links to our private Discord server. We have archived our Facebook Group as of June 2024.

I understand that all Glittergasm Events are fragrance-free events. By signing, I agree that I will not arrive at a Glittergasm Event wearing fragranced products (perfume, cologne, axe, aftershaves, scented body sprays or lotions, or scented clothing sprays [i.e febreeze]).

 

I understand that if I arrive wearing fragranced products, I may be ask to attempt to wash them off. If I am unable to wash the fragrances off at the event, I understand that I may be asked to return home to shower. If I am unable to shower and return before the door close time, I will not be allowed to attend the event. 

 

I understand that if I arrive wearing fragranced products, and am unable to remove those fragrances by the time the doors close, I forfeit my ticket.
