If any falsified information or lack of information is discovered, it is grounds for immediate permanent expulsion from our center.
1. Childcare Assistance parent share is Due in full on or before the 1st of each month.
2. Private Payers' tuition is due by the close of Friday before the week of services. Tuition must be paid in advance. We do not make payment arrangements.
3.If full tuition is not paid by the close of business on the due date listed above, a fee of $20 per child will be added to your account.
4.We close at 6 p.m.; each minute after 6 p.m. is $2 per minute/per child. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
5.Students drop off from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. We must limit late drop-offs to minimize disruptions to our educational programming.
6. An authorized pickup person must be 18 years old, have an ID, and be confirmed in writing to pick up the child.
7.Parent/teacher communication, Payments, Newsletters, Daily reports, Incidents Reports, Account updates (address or phone number), School Notices or reminders, and checking in / out daily is done with ProCare Solutions App
8. Parents may observe their child in class using our camera viewing area on the front carpet.
9.Milestone Evaluations and Parent Conferences are held twice yearly in person (Fall and spring Parents must attend these meetings. Midyear check-ins and recommendation follow-ups are done by phone in the winter.

11. Outside therapists can conduct therapy here - they must follow our safety and supervision policies.
12. Enrollment Process (Pre-register, fill out online forms, submit the required information, and supply any special needs accommodations; then, you will receive an enrollment email clearance
13. IEP, 504, or any other particular need, we must review the written diagnosis to ensure we are a good fit for the child and family. We aim to do what is best for the child, which may mean a specialized school environment.

15. Our website offers resources for financial assistance, childcare scholarship programs, Texas Rising Star Quality Certification, family support, milestones, and a developmental checklist.
16. Our curriculum is CLI Engage - We will adjust for students who need reasonable accommodations.
17. Incidents (behavior, Illness, or accident) are posted into Pro Care, and the parent can sign them in the app.
18. Children with disruptive behavior or that put other children at emotional or physical risk will be placed on Behavior management (please see Behavior MGMT process in parent handbook If the child improves, they will be removed from BHMGT; if not, they will be dismissed at any time.
19. If you suspect your child is ill, they must stay home.
20. If you take your child to the doctor for any illness, they should stay home. The child may return to care when they can participate in the daily activities posted for their age group and are not contagious to others.
21. If your child is diagnosed with a contagious illness, you must notify us that day SO we may notify other parents.
22. DISD or CFBISD determines Inclement Weather Days. If either one closes, then RSC will close.
23. Toys from home should stay safe at home. This includes cell phones, iPods, iPads, cameras, and any electronic devices without prior approval from the office.
24. All items should be labeled; we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
25. A clear backpack will be needed to transport your child's items daily.
26. The dress code policy is to wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty and tennis shoes daily. (No sandals or crocs)
27. Screen time is not permitted for any child under 24 months of age. The curriculum coordinator must approve screen time for all other ages, correlated with the curriculum plan, and not exceed 30 minutes per week. (Children who watch less TV, Phones, and Tablets tend to learn better, eat healthier, and move more
28. If your child will miss 2+ days or more, please notify the office; full tuition is due regardless of attendance.
29. Explain to parents the process for Asthma, Allergies, or preferences outside our regular meals.
30. We are on a food program called the CACFP Meal program; it is a national school meals program with guidelines for higher quality meals with various options for children to eat.
