MACD Convention Refund/Substitution/Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations, substitutions, and/or requests for refund must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org before 10/31/2023 in order to receive a full refund. An administrative processing fee of $25 will be deducted. Refunds of registration fees after 10/31/2023 will not be issued except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather or extreme immediate family emergencies. In this case a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed within six to eight weeks after the meeting.
