LLCTL: HOMEBOUND CARE TEAM VISITS
This team meets at our church to prepare goodie gifts to take to each person they visit. Visitations are done as a team and range from individuals that are shut in at home, are homebound, or in a assisted living facility. Each team makes two visits of about an hour each.
