All Comanche County Pet Resource Foundation clients must adhere to the following requirements to remain active in the programs offered.

I understand that I will be giving up all rights to care of the above named pet to the Comanche County Pet Resource Foundation. These rights include the decision-making authority as needed to keep my pet safe, healthy and cared for appropriately.*

I understand that if my pet is not microchipped, The Comanche County Pet Resource Foundation may microchip my pet at no charge to the pet's owner*

I understand

I understand that the Comanche County Pet Resource Foundation foster parent/family will make every attempt to give updates to the above listed owner, but it is the owner's responsibility to ensure updates and communication is initiated with the foster parent*

I understand that it is suggested that the owner pay for required care for the above mentioned pet that enters the foster program. If the pet owner is unable to provide for financial care while the pet is in the foster program, arrangements may be made for financial assistance*

I confirm that the pet entering the foster program has been checked, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian and that the pet's health is accurately represented to the best of my knowledge. If the pet has not been vaccinated, spayed/neutered, I will work with the Comanche County Pet Resource Foundation to ensure my pet is vaccinated and sexually altered during it's foster stay.*

I confirm that there are no serious behavior problems with the above listed pet to include a bite history, aggression towards other animals, aggression towards people including children or food aggression/resource guarding*

I confirm that there is no history of the pet coming into the foster program of ever biting a person or other animal*

I agree that when the foster end date has arrived, I will pick up my pet within 72 hours of the foster agreement end date. If I do not pick up my pet within 72 hours of the foster agreement end date, the Comanche County Pet Resource Foundation can adopt your pet into another home as needed.*

I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree that it is not arbitrary and that provisions herein are common in pet foster care agreements. I further understand that if I fail to comply with any of the terms specified herein, the Comanche County Pet Resource Foundation has the right to take ownership of the pet, and to enforce this contact in a court of law.
