    Your appointment with me will begin with a 15-minute full consultation, where we can discuss and refine the plan for the service you desire. This ensures that I understand your needs and preferences to provide the best possible outcome.

    As a service provider, I strive to accommodate new guests promptly. Generally, you can expect to be seen within 1-3 weeks of submitting your appointment request.

    Please note that I have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a loss of your deposit.

    In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options and to ensure commitment, I do require a $50 deposit. This deposit will be applied towards your service on the day of your appointment.

    In addition, I have a Service Adjustment Policy in place. I strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction, and if you experience any challenges with your cut or color, please notify me within 7 days of your visit. I am more than happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
